A layered, studio-assembled composition of Biwa and coin freshwater pearls, built in dense, organic strands. The surface shifts between bronze, copper, and soft iridescent tones, with each pearl irregular in form—flattened, elongated, or baroque.
Two strands are punctuated with smoky faceted glass drops, adding depth and contrast. Rather than reading as a traditional strand, the piece feels accumulative—formed through material and movement. Substantial in both weight and presence, it sits close to the neck, creating a sculptural, textural effect.
